More than a hundred billboards in the city of Rivne

In July, ten new christian boards appeared in the city of Rivne with the words: «Live, speak, and think as you want, but know that God will bring you to judgment for everything». The project was based on the text from the book of Ecclesiastes 11:9. The goal of the project is to convey to people the biblical truth that everything will have to be held accountable before God, regardless of who and how he behaved during his life.

Over the past year, thanks to the efforts of the «Christ is the answer» church, more than a hundred different christian boards have appeared along the streets of Rivne. This is the first time in the history of the city. Ministers of the church hear positive reviews from many passers – by who pay attention to short, but very apt phrases – in most cases, the words involuntarily catch the eye. People start to think; sometimes they call to get advice. Words of gratitude are heard even from those who do not attend church – such spiritual reinforcement is necessary from time to time.

«The boards are the city’s business card» – says Taras Sen, pastor of the «Christ is the answer» church, «because the first thing a person sees when entering the city is the boards». The task of the church is to make sure that the word of God is before our eyes, because this is how we are created: we start to think about the things we have seen.

The authors of the project plan to continue spreading the Gospel through billboards. Ministers of the church obediently follow the words written in the Bible: «And let these words that I command you today be in your heart… and speak of them… and write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates».

Give

All areas of service of the community are carried out through voluntary donations of caring people. The most important thing is not the size of the donation, but the attitude and condition of the heart. God sees our needs and seeks to deprive us of our worries. He also wants to see the love and sacrifice of our grateful hearts. «Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver!» (2 Cor. 9:7).
